Return & Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns on unopened, unused retail products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

How to Start a Return To start a return for a retail product, please contact us with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
